How do you ensure guest and property safety?
We prioritize safety by outfitting every unit with private entry monitoring using unique pin pad codes for each guest. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and local law enforcement contact information are also part of our safety measures.
How does Rent-to-Own work?
Our Rent-to-Own program assists future homeowners in securing their dream home while enhancing their purchasing capacity. Following an agreed-upon timeframe, tenants have the option to buy the property at its market value.
Are pets allowed on your properties?
Pets may be permitted on properties at the discretion of the owner, along with an additional pet fee.
How are maintenance requests handled during my stay?
Guests receive a dedicated maintenance phone number for prompt responses and appropriate action. Minor daily requests are managed by Victorious Listings staff, while major requests requiring preferred contractors' expertise are communicated to property owners.
May I purchase the decor?
Absolutely! Unless otherwise notified, homeowners have the option to purchase the decor we've furnished their homes with at any point during our contracted terms of service. We'll proactively reach out before the end of the contract to discuss renewal, cancellation, and decor purchase options.
Do contracts automatically renew?
No, contracts do not automatically renew. We will schedule a meeting at least 45 days before the end of the contract to discuss renewal options, ensuring it aligns with both your preferences and our goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before your stay will receive a full refund. If cancelled between 24 and 48 hours, the security deposit will be retained, and cancellations made under 24 hours will incur the full rental charge. Should you wish to reduce the duration of your reservation, the same structure as cancellations applies. Additionally, you have the flexibility to extend your stay with additional days, even during your ongoing stay, subject to availability and rate changes.
